Where will I receive my messages? or do you provide an agent interface?

Incoming messages can be forwarded to any 3rd party tool of your choice via our webhooks, you need to ensure that your tool supports integration.

Unifonic also offers a simple Agent Console interface part of its Bot Builder where you can receive the conversations coming from all your enabled channels, where your support agents can pick up conversations, respond to them, assign them to other agents and close them.
