Our platform helps you build a pool of customers, a customer profile will be auto-created for each customer who opts-in and messages you over any of your enabled channels.
To access your Customers profiles, go to the upper left side of your Dashboard select the Products.

If you engage with your customers over multiple channels you will need one place to view the engagement history of a customer, our 360-customer view delves into the engagement behaviors of your customers.
For a detailed customer view, you’ll need to follow the below steps:

In the Conversation History part, you’ll see the duration of the conversation, how many messages exchanged with their date and time.
