I didn't receive my DLR status for a message I sent.

Not receiving DLR status for a message might be for the following reasons:

  1. The DLR feature is not supported by your plan. Please contact support team to activate it.
  2. There might be delay for receiving the DLR status from the networks.
  3. The message destination is not supported for DLR statues. Check Daily Delivery Ratio list to see destinations that supports DLR
