I sent duplicate messages but only one reached it's destination!

Due to anti-spam measures for some countries, some operators do not permit sending duplicated SMS within 15 minutes, although the message is submitted from our platform, accordingly, please note that you will be billed for each submitted message.

To achieve optimal performance, we strongly recommend that you don’t send the same message (Same sender ID AND destination AND content) within a 15 minutes range as they will not be received by the end user.

For example, when you are sending trial text messages to your own number before you initiate a certain campaign, you will note that you will receive the first text message only, you will have to wait for 15 minutes before you can try again.
