Can I track my call status after making a call?

Yes! You can track your calls status after the call is initiated from the calls report, where you can see all your created calls with its status.

Call statuses are listed below:
- Queued: this means that the call was created successfully and added to queue to be dialed to your recipient.
- Completed: this means that the call was created successfully and sent to provider and completely answered by your recipient.
- Busy: this means that the caller received a busy signal.
- Failed: this means that the call was created successfully but failed to dial.
- No Answer: this means that the call was created successfully, dialed but no answer.
- Rejected: this means that the call was rejected and was not created by Unifonic software.
- Terminated: this means that the was call created successfully, dialed, answered but terminated to be stopped before it is completed
